Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your package(s) to you via UPS and tracking number will be included in every sale. Through our website, free shipping with every order occurs with an order of more than $500. During one of our high-savings sales that occur will need to be placed over the phone and free shipping is included on orders over $1000. We will ship your package(s) more often than not within 24 hours of placing your order, not including weekends and holidays and no later than 72 hours.  

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell any of your information to any third-party and will only use it internally. This includes every bit of data that you trust us with.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you received an item that was damaged in transit, we will replace your products given that the broken items are sent back to us. The batteries for e-cigarettes that we carried are covered under a 6 month warranty.
To place an order, you can add products to your cart through the website and check out like any other e-commerce website or call us and place the order with one of our sales representatives. During our sales, you must call us to place your order to get our sale pricing. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The only forms of payment that we accept as of now are credit card, direct deposit into our bank account, and COD. Credit Card is our preffered method due to speed of payment and lower cost. Orders placed that use COD as form of payment will have an $13 surcharge per package (UPS fee, not ours) and must be Cashier's Check or Money Order.
